Guest Experience //
Set Up/Take Down – Part of this fun-loving crew helps set the atmosphere at the high school by unloading our portable church trailers, hanging scuba walls, and facilitating proper set-up procedures. Another part makes quick work of removing all signs of COTR from the high school once church is over.

Parking – These first-impression experts welcome guests onto both campuses with the love of Christ while providing a safe and efficient parking experience. Includes a welcome crew who wave and hold signs encouraging folks to worship with us.

Transportation – Our enthusiastic and people-loving golf cart and trolley drivers welcome guests, share information, and provide a fun transportation experience in our parking lots and between campuses.

Hospitality – These incredible campus hosts provide crucial, behind-the-scenes attention to the needs of our guests, Serve Team, and church family. Includes providing coffee and snacks to Serve Team Central, monitoring the facilities during services, and helping set up and host the Family Room.

Greeters – Our amazing greeters continue the heartfelt joy we have for every guest by manning the doors, offering genuine greetings, smiles, and silent prayers for all who enter. Includes helping to set up and take down our high school campus lobby.

Ushers – This invaluable team helps people comfortably find empty seats while protecting a distraction-free worship in the auditorium. Includes setting a welcoming atmosphere prior to service to enhance guest experience.

Deaf Ministry – Includes Sunday service interpretation and more. Consider this team if you know, teach, or are learning ASL or if you have interpretation skills. We are determined to reach this underserved community with the life-giving message of Christ!

Welcome Desk – This team mans the Welcome Desk and helps assure an awesome guest experience. If you love God, love people, and love helping people feel at home, this is a great serve for you!
Camp Rock Kids //
Camp Rock Kids – If you love serving families, this is a much-needed service opportunity. Our team ensures parents’ peace of mind and child safety by facilitating an accurate and efficient check-in and check-out process on the Kids Campus. (Background check required) Children’s Services – If working with children is your joy and passion, join us in one of our four children’s rooms to share the love of Christ with kids from 6-weeks-old to 5th grade. Our children’s teams share pre-planned Biblical lessons with impressionable little minds that love to learn. (You will be asked what age-group you would like to serve: nursery, toddlers, pre-school, or elementary age.  Background check and training required) Haven – Assists special needs children one-on-one in the toddlers and elementary programs while parents attend worship service. (Background check and experience required)

Junior Serve Team //
Junior Serve Team – For youth from 6th grade to age 17 who want to serve on Sunday mornings – These awesome and extra-responsible kids serve regular schedules in one of the children’s rooms on the Kids Campus or in Production at the high school. (Parental approval and assistance with scheduling required)

Youth //
Youth Leaders – Youth Leaders – These amazing adults help students get connected to our middle and high school ministry through LifeGroups, weekly gatherings, special events, and yearly conferences. Meets Wednesday nights. (Background check required)

Worship, Production and Communication //
Worship – A gifted group of worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists who facilitate powerful worship experiences for online and in person audiences. (Audition, training, and background checks required)

Lighting & Sound – Skilled team members use lights, soundboards and other technology to promote audience engagement, worship, and message delivery.

Online Production / COTR Online  – Team members produce our online worship experience using streaming technology, photography, videography, broadcasting, and editing skills to increase online engagement and to serve our ever-increasing at home and at large COTR church family.

Creative * – This team of photographers, writers, photo and video editors, communication, and social media experts help create the written and visual culture and brand identity for COTR.

* Experience utilizing creative platforms, such as Adobe Suite (i.e. Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Express and Photoshop), Vegas Pro, Wondershare Filmora, Canva, etc. are preferred but not required.

Safety Net //
Safety – A network of trained individuals serving in all areas of the Serve Team, providing eyes and ears attuned to accessing and reporting safety issues. (Must have served six months on the Serve Team to apply. Training required)

Special Response – Includes first responders, medical professionals, law enforcement, and others who provide assistance in the event of an accident or emergency. (18+. Must have served six months on Serve Team. Application, background check, training, and professional experience/certification required)

Between Sundays //
Prayer – These prayer warriors provide a critical prayer covering over COTR people and purposes with intentional, strategic, and regular private intercession at home on their own time. They receive prayer requests regularly through a simple-to-use mobile phone app.

Admin – Our amazing support team offer their know-how and administrative experience including data entry, computers, organization, filing, and more. (18+. Background check required)

Resource – A dedicated team that prepares materials for Sunday Services, helps with inventory, and more.
